  The teller window was perfectly fine. The experience was relatively quick and easy. However, I asked to speak with a personal banker. This was where my experience went down hill. I waited in the lobby, where they told me to sit to speak to a banker. The banker skipped over me being the only person in the lobby, to another person who walked in and just asked to speak quickly. I waited for about 30 minutes, and am actually still waiting in the lobby, for assistance with my account. I'm not sure if a different bank of America would be better, but it's a drive out of the way.

  I was so dissatisfied with the customer service that I asked the teller for my check back and deposited it into a non-BofA bank. Tried to deposit a check but my account was from out of state. The teller was quite rude when telling me that I had to fill out an additional form. I felt like it was my fault for not knowing that a BofA from one state is different from those in other states. She vaguely pointed out the window to where I could find the extra form. I couldn't tell where she pointed so I asked again and she gave me an attitude like it was so much trouble for her to give clear directions. Started to fill out the form and must have made a mistake because she asked me to fill it out again. That's when I asked for my check back and took it elsewhere. I was the only customer in the bank and the teller did not appear at all busy. I was disappointed that she didn't fill the form out for me (especially since it was mid-day and there were no other customers at the bank). I was offended that I got a flippant attitude considering that I was making the simplest of transactions. This branch is not recommended.
